Use of coupons & deals
Our Service provides access to discount codes, coupons, promotional offers, and cashback deals sourced from merchants and affiliate partners. By using these offers, you acknowledge:
- Coupons and promo codes are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Each offer is subject to the terms and conditions set by the individual merchant.
- Deals may have expiry dates, usage limits, or geographic restrictions that we display where possible.
- Cashback offers, where available, are subject to separate cashback program terms.
- You may not resell, distribute, or commercialise any coupon codes obtained via our platform.
One coupon code per transaction unless stated otherwise. Combining multiple offers is subject to the merchant's own policy.
User accounts
Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits or claiming one-time offers more than once.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Coupon accuracy & availability
We strive to list only active, working coupon codes and deals. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, validity, or availability of any offer at any given time. Merchants may expire, modify, or withdraw promotions without notice.
We are not responsible if a coupon code does not work at checkout. Always verify the discount has been applied before completing your purchase.
User-submitted codes are published in good faith. We review reported broken codes and remove them promptly, but we do not independently verify every submission in real time.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using our platform to commit fraud or misrepresent your identity to merchants.
- Scraping, harvesting, or bulk-downloading coupon codes through automated means without our written consent.
- Submitting false, expired, or fabricated coupon codes to our platform.
- Using our Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempting to disrupt or interfere with the security or performance of our Service.
- Impersonating another user, merchant, or member of our team.
Third-party merchants
Our Service contains links to third-party merchant websites. We may earn an affiliate commission when you click through and make a purchase — this is how we keep the Service free. This does not affect the price you pay.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the products, services, policies, or practices of any third-party merchant. Disputes regarding purchases must be resolved directly with the merchant.
Intellectual property
All content on our platform — including our name, logo, site design, and original text — is our property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
User-submitted content (such as coupon codes and reviews) remains your property. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content in connection with the Service.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that coupons will be valid, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that results obtained will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any coupon code obtained through it.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, merchants, third parties, or us.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may notify registered users by email or an in-app notice.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
